أكد وزير الدفاع الاسرائيلي عمير بيريتس ان اسرائيل عازمة على "كسر" حزب الله الشيعي اللبناني اثر اطلاق الصواريخ على مدينة حيفا في شمال اسرائيل.
وافادت الشرطة اللبنانية ان مطار بيروت الدولي تعرض للمرة الثانية مساء الخميس 13-7-2006 للقصف الاسرائيلي، فيما يعقد مجلس الامن الدولي اجتماعا الجمعة من اجل البحث في الوضع في لبنان.
