this house owner wanted to marry a girl,
so she asked him to give her somthing as a simple of love "maher",
he looked around and said: see that rock in there! it's yours,
he didn't buy it or something .. he just told her that this rock is for u,
many years later, she made the goverment regster the land for her in base that her husbnd bought to her years ago,
finaly, one of her children built this house.
